Arthur Sato is a contractor and personnel manager whose work bridges high-level music production and performance. He contributed as a contractor on 12 Little Spells, Esperanza Spalding’s Grammy-winning album, also having the opportunity to help produce the album's introductory track. He has produced and contracted season launch events for Amazon Prime's Mozart in the Jungle (Seasons 3 and 4), performing on its soundtracks as an oboist.
His freelance production and contracting work spans major venues including Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, the Guggenheim Museum, and National Sawdust. He has served as Contractor and Personnel Manager for St. Bartholomew’s Church since 2019 and for the Cecilia Chorus of New York Orchestra since 2023.
A former professional oboist, Arthur is an alumnus of Carnegie Hall’s Ensemble Connect, The Juilliard School, and Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. He currently works as a full-time software engineer, bringing a systems-driven approach to orchestral operations and artist management.
